Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, thanks to the support of the cities of Rijeka and Zagreb, will for the first time in its history, realize a cycle outside of Zagreb and provide to the musical art lovers, an invaluable experience, guaranteed by the great Zagreb Soloists.
The unique Governor’s Palace, one of the most beautiful Rijeka’s architectural pearls from the end of the 19th century, witness of time and a symbol of power, strength and richness, will host the great artists of the Zagreb Soloists ensemble.
The Concert Cycle at the Governor’s Palace will be solemnly opened on Tuesday, September 26, at 20 o’clock, with one of the most prestigious Croatian chamber ensembles, the Zagreb Soloists. It is a special introduction to the celebration of the 65th anniversary of their continuous performance, characterized by supreme arts, discipline, inexhaustible enthusiasm and love for music, which has been imprinted by its founder and longtime artistic leader, the violoncello player Antonio Janigro.
