Born in 1995 in Osijek. At the age of eight, he began studying violin with Professor Eva Hühn at the Franjo Kuhač Music School in Osijek. He graduated from the Academy of Music in Zagreb in 2020, in the class of Professor Davor Philips.
He is the recipient of numerous first prizes at regional and national competitions. Particularly notable are those won at the international level: First Prize at the International String Competition “Rudolf Matz” (2006, 2008, 2010, 2013); First Prize, the Croatian Chamber Orchestra Award, the Zagreb City Assembly Award, and the overall winner title at the 15th International Competition “Young Virtuosos – Etudes and Scales,” Zagreb, 2009; Second Prize at the 13th International Competition “Talents for Europe” and the award for the best performance of a composition from the country of the competitor’s musical education, Dolný Kubín, Slovakia, 2009; Second Prize at the 3rd International Competition “Saulius Sondeckis,” Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2009; First Prize at the International Youth Music Competition for the 20th Grand Prix, Rijeka, 2014; Third Prize at the “Papandopulo” Chamber Ensemble Competition (string quartet), Zagreb, 2015 (also awarded the Dean’s Prize); Third Prize in the violin category at the “Papandopulo” Competition, Zagreb, 2016.
He has given numerous performances and guest appearances at festivals and concerts throughout Croatia. He has performed with a chamber orchestra under the baton of Lajos Földesi in Pécs, with the Zagreb Chamber Orchestra in Zagreb conducted by Maxim Fedotov, with the TO Kontesa Dora Orchestra in Sopron, and with the chamber orchestra Split Virtuosi under the direction of Wladimir Kossjanenko, as well as appearing as a soloist in Novi Sad, Lausanne, and Szigetvár.
He has furthered his studies at numerous masterclasses with Eva Hühn, Asja Koushner, Maria Vermes, Violeta Smajlović, Armin Sešek, Davor Philips, Marina Sorokova, Wladimir Kossjanenko, Dora Schwarzberg, and Stefan Milenković. In the summer of 2014, he served as concertmaster of the international youth orchestra BISYOC in England under the direction of Julian Gibbons, and in 2015 he was concertmaster of EMCO (European Music Campus Orchestra) conducted by David Watkins.
In 2016, he became a member of the Croatian National Theatre Orchestra in Zagreb as Deputy Concertmaster, and since 2021 he has served as Assistant Principal of the Second Violins. In 2021, he enrolled in viola studies at the Academy of Music in Zagreb in the class of Professor Milan Čunko. That same year, he became a member of the Slovenian Philharmonic in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he was employed from January 2022 to July 2023.
Since July 2024, he has been employed in the Opera Orchestra of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb in the First Violin section, and as of February 2025, following a successful audition, he holds the position of Concertmaster of the Opera Orchestra.
